Private Session

This session includes one on one tumble training with one of the coaches on our staff. The athlete will work at his or her level. If there are any specific skills the athlete would like to work on inform the staff member via email or text before arrival of the session.  The session is one hour in length. 

Group Tumbling

This session includes tumble training in a group. There will be a minimum of two staff members for group sessions. Athletes get an opportunity to meet members from other teams while working on enhancing their skills. Group sessions will be segmented based on the athletes' tumble level. For example, bridges will work in a small group while back handsprings are in another small group. This session is one hour in length.

Flyer Training 

This session includes flyer training based on the athletes' requests. We can provide a group or the athlete can come with their own group. This session is a one-on-one session and one hour in length. 

Technique Class

This session includes basic cheer technique training. We work on arm placements for motions, cheer terminology, and proper technique for jumps. This session is a group session and one hour in length. 

Conditioning 

This session includes training for building strength in the core, arms, and legs in order to perfect tumble skills such as rolls, cartwheels, bridge kick overs, back handsprings, tucks, and layouts. 

VIP Session

This session includes training on all aspects of cheer. We work on cheer terminology, jumps, motions, standing and running tumbling. This session is one on one and is one hour and 15 minutes in length. 

College Prep 

This session includes training for the collegiate level. We will teach a collegiate cheer/dance and help the athlete to perform like a collegiate cheerleader. We will also go through a mock tryout of the process for trying out for a collegiate team. The mock tryout includes interview prep, tumble requirements, and appearance prep. 

Team Tumbling

This session includes training for your team. Our staff will travel to your park/gym to work with your team. For pricing please contact us via cell or social platforms.
